Shipping policy

The Grand Library sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping involved in any order.
How Your Order Is Delivered
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive your purchase in two ways:
By email. A download link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
In your account. Your purchase is also added to your account library at the Grand Library, where you can re-download it at any time.
Delivery Time
Delivery is typically completed within minutes of payment confirmation.
If You Don't Receive Your Order
If you haven't received your download email after a few minutes:
- Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder. Automated delivery emails sometimes land there.
- Confirm that the email address on your order is correct. You can also log in to your account at the Grand Library to download the file directly.
- If you still cannot access your purchase, email us at hello@thegrandlibrary.earth with your order number and we will deliver it to you manually.
