Refund policy

The Grand Library sells digital products — ebooks, guides, and PDFs delivered electronically. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have given your consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and that you understand you are waiving any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that may otherwise apply under the consumer law of your jurisdiction, including the European Union.

We make exceptions in the cases described below. For product issues, we resolve them by resending the correct product or issuing store credit — we do not issue cash refunds. The only exception is duplicate charges, which we refund in full to your original payment method.


When We Resolve Issues

We will make it right in the following circumstances:

Your file won't open or is corrupted. If the file you receive is damaged, unreadable, or technically defective, contact us and we will deliver a replacement file.

You received the wrong product. If the file delivered to you does not match the title you purchased, contact us and we will deliver the correct product. If you no longer want the product, we will issue store credit for the full amount.

You were charged more than once. If you see a duplicate charge for the same order, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge in full to your original payment method within 10 business days.

To raise any of these issues, email us at refunds@thegrandlibrary.earth within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a short description of the issue.


When We Do Not Make Exceptions

We do not resolve issues — by store credit, replacement, or cash refund — for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Failure to read the product description before purchase.

Compatibility issues with your device or software, where the product itself is not defective. (Our files are standard PDFs and ebooks readable on any modern device.)

Any product that has been downloaded and accessed, except in the technical cases described above.


How Store Credit Works

Store credit is issued as a code that can be applied to any future purchase at the Grand Library. It does not expire. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another store within or outside the Grand Library.
